Everything was clean and comfortable. Robin was absolutely amazing with checking us in and making us feel welcome! She went above and beyond, and we couldn’t be more grateful!!
Very nice accommodations. Would recommend. 4.7 stars. Rooms need minor maintenance. Needs a deep clean in areas in the room. These are minor issues. I will stay again when in the area. Staff was nice. Pretty landscaping. Close to area businesses. Delivery is an option. 20 min w/traffic to Empower Concert venue.
Hotel was good enough for me. Staff was good to me, bed was comfortable, room wasn't bad. Breakfast was your typical FREE hotel breakfast, so I was happy... because free. Some things are dated but they are going through a remodel. I'd stay here again.
The Cicero Grand Hotel was a great experience! The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch. I especially enjoyed the indoor pool and the fitness center. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. A special shoutout to Daniella at the front desk, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Also, the bartender makes a mean cocktail! There is no better hotel in the greater Syracuse area for the price. Clean rooms. Clean lobby. Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Dont stay anywhere else unless you want to be disappointed.
Overall I had a good experience. My only problem was it stated to hace a heated pool when in fact the room was just heated. As a anemic American I couldn’t even get in past my stomach because my toes were tingling
Wasn't as clean as it could be most things were in order except for the occasional stain on the couch and mold in the ice bucket that was promptly rectified by staff, lots of things out of order and i wouldn't swim in the pool and im perfectly fine with taking a dip in a muddy creek, there is however a sign posted stating that they are in the process of transitioning into a new brand or ownership of sorts take that as you may, all in all clean sheets pillows and blankets and working heat for a decent price if booking through a third party!
My husband and I stayed here for two nights while visiting from Florida. I was pleasantly surprised by the spacious rooms! Everything was clean and comfy. Front desk staff was helpful and nice! Breakfast was pretty good. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it. It was cheap, clean, and in a great location.
